We constantly strive to provide an outstanding customer experience which starts by providing easy to understand information supported by medical consultations and price transparency. But we go further by making popular treatments more affordable through courses and by providing the opportunity to spread costs using a Patient Payment Plan.

Medical Consultation

As part of our duty of care to you, treatments marked with a *  require new customers to have a one-time medical consultation with a Doctor, Dental Surgeon, Nurse or Associate prior to any treatments. This only takes 30 minutes and costs £25 which is paid at the time of booking.  The £25 is then redeemed against your treatment. It is possible to have a treatment immediately after the consultation, but we do recommend making your appointment following the consultation as the correct treatment plan agreed with you to achieve your desired outcome may differ from your initial ideas and may require more time than previously thought.

Price Transparency

We are all individuals and everyone's needs are different. Consequently some of our treatments prices are listed as "from". At your medical consultation we will discuss with you the result you wish to achieve and how many areas require treatment to achieve this result.  We will then give you an accurate price to achieve the result. At this point you have the option to proceed or change your desired result.

Courses

We have packaged many of our most popular treatments which patients regularly want to have in a 12 month period into courses with  fantastic discounts. When you purchase a course we automatically manage your appointments and reminders making it so easy.  Courses must be paid in full at time of purchase and may qualify, or can be combined to qualify, for  Patient Payment Plan.

Patient Payment Plans

We offer all our patients who's treatment plan cost is over £800 the ability to apply for a finance agreement which can be spread over 12 months and is paid by direct debit. Anyone over the age of 18 with a good credit history, who is in full time employment working at least 16 hours per week and has a 3 year UK address history can apply. Reward Points

We know you have choices and we value your loyalty which is why we reward all our patients whatever treatment or product they choose with Reward Points.  You can redeem your Reward Points against any future purchases and it is easy to keep track as they are printed at the bottom of your till receipt. Plus we run special promotions to help you earn extra points.

Missed Appointments

We understand that everybody leads busy lives, but respectfully request that you give us more than 48 hours notice when resceduling your appointment, so that we can offer it to someone else. The we apply the following penalties to patients who abuse the system:

• Missed Medical Consulation will result in a £25 fee
• Missed appointment will result in the deduction of 25,000 Reward Points
• Less than 48 hours notice when rescheduling an appointment will result in the deduction of 5,000 Reward Points
