Summary of our anti ageing treatment pricesWe want you to have a great customer experienceTo provide you with a great customer experience we seek to keep waiting times to a minimum and treatment prices affordable. Therefore, to reduce missed appointments which increase waiting times and force price increases to cover lost revenue we ask everyone to pay a £25 booking fee when making an appointment which is refunded against your treatment. Cosmetic treatment pricesTo ensure that you receive only appropriate cosmetic treatments you are required to have a full medical review at your first consultation, which takes 30 minutes and costs a one-off fee of £25.
Therapy pricesTherapy treatments do not require a medical consultation.
How to bookSimply call our Customer Care Team on 0845 070 55 38 - our lines are open Monday to Friday from 10am to 6pm. Our friendly staff will take your contact details and help you find a clinic location, date and time that suits your needs. When booking your appointment they will ask for a £25 reservation fee, so please have your credit card or debit card to hand when calling. The reservation fee will be deducted from your treatment costs on the day. Certain treatments require higher reservation fees due to preparation prior to the appointment or the length of the appointment:
Refund PolicyWe understand that everyone leads busy lifestyles and that you need us to be flexible. We politely ask you to understand that any cancellation or rescheduling that is given with less than 48 hours does not allow us to fill the empty space.Therefore we hope you will agree that the following policy is both fair and flexible.
Treatment costsIt can take up to 2 weeks for some treatment results to mature and give you the desired look you want. Therefore, please wait 2 weeks before calling us if you are unhappy with the results. Review appointments will only be made once a sufficient time has passed for the initial treatment to have reached maximum effect. If 2 weeks has passed and you are still not satisfied with your results then please call us on 0845 070 55 38 and we will arrange a review appointment with your Medical Cosmetic Practitioner. At this appointment the practitioner will review the results and if they agree the treatment is not as good as it could be then they will provide additional, or corrective, treatment free of charge. It is extremely unusual for our clients not to be happy at this stage, but should you still be unhappy another review would be arranged with our Clinical Director to assess the situation and discuss your options which may include a further treatment or refund. In the unlikely event that you are unable to reach an agreement with the Clinical Director then you will be asked to put your concerns in writing to the Customer Care Manager. We promise to respond within 10 working days. Our right to refuse treatmentPlease note that at any time during our service our Medical Cosmetic Practitioners have the right to refuse treatment, whilst giving you a clear reason as to why. Our refusal to provide the treatment you want does not mean an automatic refund of either the reservation fee or medical review charge. If a practitioner has refused to provide you with a treatment and you are unhappy, then you may put your concerns in writing to the Customer Care Manager. We promise to respond within 10 working days.
