Our survey results: what matters to you?

We received a fantastic response to our recent customer survey, and are delighted to share the results with you. As we strive to offer the best possible customer service, it’s vital that we understand how you, our clients, feel about aesthetic procedures. Your response has given us a great insight into your attitudes towards ageing and the wide range of treatments on offer.

Here’s what you told us:

Botox and dermal fillers are the most popular treatments today, followed by tooth whitening procedures.
While we hope that every client will be delighted with their treatment, over a quarter of you said that results were even better than you expected.
In fact, every facet of care was generally considered to be "fabulous" or "very good", particularly in terms of cleanliness, therapist’s knowledge, a welcoming atmosphere and the availability of qualified medical advice. It matters to us that the whole Face & Body experience is a positive one. As one client told us, "I always feel important when I go to Face & Body".
A whopping 86% say you would recommend Face & Body to a friend.
Over half of you felt that we offered "good" or "very good" value for money, whilst another third believed that our prices are fair.
60% of you decided to treat yourselves to a procedure to address a specific health or beauty concern.
78% of you are considering future treatments. Botox is top of your wish-list, followed by skin peels and dermal fillers, suggesting that you have been delighted with your care and treatments at Face & Body so far.
One fifth of you believe that there is no competitor to Face & Body, and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.
Founder Dr Victoria Dobbie’s expertise and gentle, reassuring approach is a major factor in our clients’ loyalty.

It’s great to hear that two thirds of our clients chose Face & Body due to our positive reputation or word of mouth. As one client told us, "The Face & Body team are fabulous - down to earth and friendly. This is the reason I chose Face & Body over other clinics".

No more acne

I started going to Face & Body a year and a half ago, miserable with acne problems and out of pocket through being 'upsold' products that didn't work for me. Through expert advice and treatments my skin is now in the condition I've long sought for and I have the confidence of knowing the products I'm recommended will do the job as they should. With no pushy selling tactics and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere going for my appointments is always a pleasure. Thank you so much!

have never been so happy with the way i look done alot of research before deciding who to go with to have our treatments and face and body has been the best decision....
feel completley relaxed and at ease with victoria and jane and have been over the moon with my results.
have recommended a few friends and they to have been over the moon.
i started of with one area around my eyes and have now had fillers around my mouth area ,a wonderfull product called kiss in my lips and also my forehead treated.
a very proffesional clinic with high standards.

i have bought several things online and i have to say i am very impressed very quick and easy to use, you can use paypal to pay which i feel is a much safer option of payment and i received my goods within a few days ,would recommend this website to everyone ,a pleasure doing buisness here and i will be a returning customer

Just had my first session with Jane, who made me feel completely relaxed. She answered all my nervous questions, and I had the work done there and then. There was no need to go away and think about it. I cant stop looking in the mirror, to see my wrinkle free mouth. Completely painless, and now saving up for my next session. Many thanks Face & Body.

I have had a few treatments done now at face and body , and i am so happy with the results, i was very unhappy with the way i looked before, and after my treatments felt much better, i have been to a few clinics before and face and body has been the best by far, so much so i have reccomended it to my sisters and my freinds.

After speaking to an extremeley nice member of staff yesterday i recieved my pad today,how quick was that and i,m in n,ireland!tried the pad for an hour today and yes it really does what it says i noticed a big improvement already,ingenious as the wrinkles were getting me down,especially coming into the summer and wearing little tops.I can,t wait to see what the result will be in the morning but i know it,s going to be good after seeing what a difference it made in an hour i highly reccomend it and it,s a good price aswell!

I have now had a number of different treatments done at Face and Body and have always found the service to be great, and the results excellent! The only issue is that I find it quite addictive and want to try other things!

this is my third time buying online from face and body..and i've not had any problems with delivery or card safety(very important). even when i left out my door number on my order form all i did was send an email,got a reply in no time and my products sent to me 3 days later.that's excellent service.would defo recommend f&b to friends and family.

Better than London

Just like to say that I used to go to Rita Rakus and then I discovered you. A lot less hassel than travelling to London and a much better service.

I just wanted to express my sincere thanks to Jane Paterson for the outstanding treatment and service I received recently. Jane is clearly so talented at studying faces and identifying which treatment would give the best results for each individual client. She provided clear expert advice and put me completely at ease. She quickly identified exactly which treatment would be best for me and was so helpful and friendly. I am delighted with the results. I just wish I'd found you sooner! I would recommend your clinic to anybody who is considering fillers or botox. I'll be back!
